Tier 2: Professional/educator/staff-facing (training materials, curriculum docs, handbooks, HR/policy, high-stakes clarity)

Tier 3: Specialized or “format-heavy” (dense academic/technical, lots of tables, messy PDFs, heavy terminology, court documents, list of slang/colloquialisms)

English ⇄ Spanish translation is priced per source word. The project’s price per word depends on the complexity and formatting. $75 minimum per project. Rush delivery and heavy formatting are quoted separately.

2) Rush fee +25% for 24–48 hours, +50% for same-day.

Optional add-ons:
Bilingual proofreading/editing of an existing translation: $0.06–$0.10/word
Desktop publishing/formatting: $35–$75/hour
Interpretation (via Zoom, phone, Google Meets, etc.)
Remote consecutive (Zoom/phone): $45/hour with a 2-hour minimum
In-person consecutive: $65/hour with a 2–3 hour minimum (+ travel)

Professional Development
I facilitate practical, equity-centered professional learning for educators and community organizations serving multilingual communities. Workshops are strategy-forward and include ready-to-use tools: language for hard conversations, routines, visual supports, and systems that reduce behavior issues by increasing clarity and belonging.
Local/small orgs (2–3 hours): $600–$1,200
Half-day (up to 4 hours): $1,200–$2,500
Full-day: $2,500–$5,000
Add-ons:
Planning/customization: $75–$150/hr (or include 1 hour in the package)
Travel: mileage + time (or flat fee)
Follow-up coaching session: $250–$500 per 60–90 min
Sliding scale for grassroots nonprofits/community orgs (limited slots)
