I do not provide certified translations or specialized court/medical interpreting. If you need that level of credentialing, I’m happy to refer you to certified professionals or collaborate in a “draft + certified review” workflow when appropriate.
I provide consecutive interpretation (the speaker pauses regularly, and I interpret each pause). This is ideal for:
Meetings
Family conferences
Trainings and workshops
Community events with discussion
If you’re looking for simultaneous interpretation, I can discuss options, but it often requires specialized setup and sometimes additional interpreters, depending on the length and format.
Interpreting is priced hourly (remote or in-person) with a minimum booking. Longer events may be quoted as half-day or full-day packages.
For scheduled interpretation work, cancellations within a short window may incur a partial fee because the time is reserved. I’ll share the policy clearly when you book.
Do you customize workshops for our staff?
Yes, depending on location and schedule. Travel time/mileage may apply for in-person events.
Can you deliver PD in Spanish?
My most common workshop topics include:
Communication across languages and cultures
Multilingual family partnership strategies
SEL and behavior support through routines, clarity, and belonging
Staff collaboration in multilingual environments
Immersion-friendly instructional systems (depending on audience)
Restorative Justice Integration
Cultural/Historical Awareness and Culturally Aware Teaching
Yes. Customization can include:
Pre-survey questions
Tailored scenarios and scripts
Bilingual resources for staff and families
A toolkit that participants can use immediately
Yes, and I can also provide bilingual delivery if your audience is mixed.
